Here's an idea: anodize the sucker gold along with an aluminum fan. Just ignore the copper.

If you want cheap, here's what I did: I used, I can't remember the model, but it was the big H aluminum block made by thermalright. It was signifigantly cheaper than others. I slapped on a panaflo.
