hi all, i was just wondering if it is possible to run my laptop (hp nw8240) whist plugged into the mains with the same power options as it runs on batteries? i run nhc control and while on the mains i can get the cpu down to 800mhz but when on betteries it runs at 300mhz? any ideas how i can run it ...

i have a diamond max 10 300 gig sata drive and i wish to set aam to quieten it down a bit. i have tried ftool but it keeps on hanging, Dr hardwares aamtool doesnt pick the drive up and maxtors amset (havent tried) but says it isnt compatable?

i had a look at the recommeded fan list and the 92 nexus fan runs at 19db at 12v so i just thought i would get that for the front. but you are right of course i will be getting 2 @ 120 nexus fans as i will probably undervolt them anyway. i think i read somwhere that the nexus 120 fans wont start at ...

did you cut out the front grill or did the case come like that?

i take it you can still put in your fd cage and keep hds suspended?

will the mfc fit without setting it back in the case with acousti pack installed on the door?
