Antec never responded, so last night, I decided to try and fix it myself. I studied the latches for a while and it became obvious that the bottom latch was just pulling too hard. I bent the piece of metal the latch grips out about 2mm so it wouldn't have to pull so hard and now it stays closed like ...

I sent an email to Antec asking for advise also, and perhaps a new side panel.... I'll post what they say when/if i get a reply.

It feels like it is clamping down too hard. This is a new case, and it doesn't appear to be bent. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to fix it?
