I'm not sure it would work but having like a fan dock in the front of the case that the fans connect to, which in turn is connected to the 1 fan controller that works? Or maybe if there's some kind of 3-4 fan splitter adapters.

Thanks I'll try the Noisetaker. My current psu is the 350w Antec that comes with the BQE. I've heard that it likes to rise in voltage rather quickly. That's good news though, maybe I don't need to be looking at 400-480w psu's.
