I'm not sure why anyone is talking down my wire management. There is an immense amount of wiring in that computer, especially with all the firewire/USB/SATA leads going to the motherboard and all the lighting and the fan controller. The large bundle of mobo power cables and the tubing to and from th...

Finished rig (56k warning)
All the tips and tricks I used to do the work were found in these forums, thanks to everyone who replied to any of my other threads. I made this case to house my main gaming rig. The driving motive for the build was a stylish box with effects which could be turned off so that I could watch tv in the...

Does Thermaltake Tsunami use Nexus fans?

I took one out and the frame also looks very similar to my nexus fans. The amperage on the stock fans was .38 rather than .30 like my ne...

I'm leaning towards a ZM-MFC1 right now. I want a front control for my lights and it seems to have a nice clean look. I'm using a zalman reserator for my CPU and a NV5 for the 6800GT. Basically while I'm gaming I'm going to turn my case fans up to 12V to keep all my RAM sinks cooled and turn everyth...

Aren't some 6800GT's with non-reference cooling "quieter" by default? Like the Leadtek or the Gigabyte? Well my main conundrum with the video card cooling is that I'm hoping to get a GPU waterblock, but Zalman's rep's are naturally reluctant to give me any hint of a release date for it. A NV5 is ki...
