the 80mm fan aint that bad, I have it running through a Fan mate at around 5v and it is quiet enough,

they dont claim to be the actual manufacturer, so where do these fans come from?

that is exactly what I am trying to find out,

1, if they are just rebadged $2 fans from China
2, and if they are any good compared to the similar priced Panaflo and Papst fans

as far as I know only Papst and verax are made in Germany (many of the Papst fans are assembled in Hungary)
