I believe that some of these manufacturers probably may be scared of too much of a "in depth" review as they may discover weaknesses in their products,

a basic review done by most "non professionals" sites 99% of the time that will give mostly "three thunbs up"

Hey, not bad Rod, looks like another candidate for SPCR ROLE MODEL. What casing is that anyway? There's this metal big brace right above the motherboard? It's one of the Full Tower Chieftec Dragons or perhaps the discontinued Antec version of the same case called the SX1240 . yes, the case is the f...

Q Technology Papst PSU

Has anyone used this PSU yet?

its specs looks good and I do like the idea of a single 120mm Papst fan mounted in the PSU,

I am interested in importing these to Australia and just want to make sure these a good.

if I remember correctly,

the ambient temp is 20-25deg Centigrade,
the 6000Cu can dissipate around 18watts,

true,

but that also depends on how you perceive the noise that each fan makes,

In my opinion the Spire has a less "offensive" noise than the Papst and Panaflo,

it is also much easier to work with,

that is exactly what I am trying to find out,

1, if they are just rebadged $2 fans from China
2, and if they are any good compared to the similar priced Panaflo and Papst fans

as far as I know only Papst and verax are made in Germany (many of the Papst fans are assembled in Hungary)
