About Prosilence quality..those large 200v capacitors in Prosilence 350w have 470UF rating. All quality PSU's I've seen use 680UF caps. I wonder are the caps inside even rated at 105C...probably not. Are you talking about the Q-Technology 300W or the cheap and crappy Q-Tec power supply? That one has the smallest heatsinks I've seen in a power supply. Changing the fan in that PSU would probably turn it into a small oven.
