push and pull gives the best results, you can get an approximation of that by having an exhust fan close to the TRUE. But the fan you mount _on_ the cpu should be mounted such that it blows through the cooler, towards the exhaust fan.

Wut? I would tighten those screws up a fair bit, and check how the ramsinks are. The board wont die from being abit bent, but it will die from overheating... Also I thought the accelero has four screws? http://bilder.wibla.net/p182rebuild/DSC_7273_Big?full=1 <- 7950GT + HR-03, that board is bent.. w...

It all depends on what stuff you put in it.. if you put the right fans in etc, it wont matter much anyway. the main gripe I had with the P182 was lack of airflow in the upper chamber, but a kama bay sorted that out, especially with a nexus fan.

Doubt it does much difference really :) The ramsinks could need some work tho, the glue is really crappy, almost didnt manage to get one of em on, silly stuff. Seems to stay for the time being tho, guess I'll have to check from time to time to avoid nuking the card. Idle temps are about the same as ...

Yes, that should do fine for a 100mbit setup. I am cpu limited for ftp transfers with my 3.2GHz Celeron, tops out at about 800mbit/s.

I'd get 2-4GB ram if possible, that way you dont really need to think about it. I've got 2GB in that server now, and its definently not enough.
