Pakkapakka, are you sure that there are different versions of the 1.3GHz Banias? Did Lippert put a non LV Banias in the actively cooled 1.3GHz one I have? I stand corrected. Note that Ati 9600 based cards are AGP 4x/8x only. You can't put these in a AGP 2x system. I am quite irked at Lippert's misrepresentation of their advertising "passive cooling for up to 1300MHz possible" and not backing it up with a real option you can order. EMJ is trying to help me procure a passive Heatsink cooler. But as it stands, there isn't a standalone option for passive cooling...
