Pakkapakka, are you sure that there are different versions of the 1.3GHz Banias? Did Lippert put a non LV Banias in the actively cooled 1.3GHz one I have? I stand corrected. I am quite irked at Lippert's misrepresentation of their advertising "passive cooling for up to 1300MHz possible" and not backing it up with a real option you can order. EMJ is trying to help me procure a passive Heatsink cooler. But as it stands, there isn't a standalone option for passive cooling...
