Well ASUS underreports CPU temps. So 44 degrees on yours is like 54 on my Abit. I would say probably 50C is when you should start worrying, because actual CPU temps are 15-20C hotter than that.

It only has a single-rail 12V that is 20 amps max. Although that's not too bad, most 300W PSU's are more powerful than that "500W" PSU. Heatsinks inside the PSU are small and it isn't even advertised as being quiet. Someone should test one but I don't think it can compete with the low-end Seasonics.
