I'm building a XP2000+ system for a friend on the condition that she lets me put folding on it and that she keeps it on most of the time. That will put me up to 4 processors on most of the time. But I still can't seem to get higher in the rankings!

dukkla, there's a great firebird extension on the main extension screen that turns all flash animations into a box that says "Click to PLay" and won't play them unless you click there. I use it and it works great.

My ST400 spins up every 5-10 minutes and is very noticeable in a quiet room. At lowest speed, it's amazingly quiet. But it doesn't stay there. Seems to be unrelated to usage or room temperature.

My ST 400 spins up the fan every 10 minutes or so, seemingly for no reason. Not always, just sometimes. For example, it seems to do it in the evening when I'm done using it and go to bed, but I don't notice it in the morning.

I decided to make the leap and fire up the DHCP server. I turned the one in the Dlink router off. And NOTHING worked. I mean I broke EVERYTHING. For a time I couldn't even connect to the router to turn DHCP back on! I am back up now, but my ego is lying in pieces at my feet. I thought I had a plan....

I've decided to go with the Swiftech radiator for dual 120mm fans. It's about $60 CAD, whereas a new car radiator is ~$300 and even a junky one was ~$35, so for an extra $25 I get a new one I don't have to clean.
