I like it, it's almost an exact copy of the CM Elite 341. But this has extras like a mount for a 2nd 120mm in front and the option for a lower rack for 3.5" drives.

What are all the components you have in your build? I found that going from Vista to XP I dropped an extra 2W during idle so disabling Aero may net you an extra watt or two. If you're a DIY'er, check this out: http://hackaday.com/2010/02/05/pre-spun-hard-drives/. It holds the mobo in "reset" while it spins up one drive at a time. Once all are spun up, it lets the mobo boot normally. I'm not aware of a commercial solution, but this may be an option for some.
