They are loud, the outputt is during peak with lots of luck in a controlled laboratorie then they add 50-100W just to be cool and they are dangerous, my Qtec PSU went up in flames after 6 months of use.

Sorry, this turned out to be a very bad recommendation. When the PSU was new it was dead silent but now it sounded. I've thought it's been my graphic-card-fan.
