If you're worried, you could always re-apply better thermal paste to the heatsinks, and use thermal glue to add heatsinks to components that don't have them. Also, the temperature issues arise at will be different for each component, and most of them don't have temperature probes.

Ah, the Kozuti isn't fanless; the fan is just under the fins. That said, if you aren't going to have the optical drive installed often, the Shuriken will be fine.

Also, I'd seriously focus on heatsinks that bolt through the motherboard. Pushpins are ridiculous.
