If you get two 6800 GTs, then there's a high chance the 350W Phantom won't be enough, especially if you'll upgrade the CPU later. Maybe a Seasonic PSU would be better suited, while not fanless, they claim high amperage on the 12V line. I am not sure if the Zalman Reserator can properly cool this set...
