antec neoHE 430 revision sticker

after reading that the original neoHE430 units had a lot of problems and that it was all rectified with the versions 3 and thereafter, i opened the side panel of a P150 and looked at the side of the neoHE to see if it is revision 3 or later and what i saw was a sticker which had: A21 beside the seri...

plextor is one of the best (if not the) drive manufacturers there is as far as quality goes.
it is the standard in pro audio world.

to say that it is simply a rebrand of something else is a joke right?

do you have any source or links supporting your claim?

It uses an Ultra 120 (not the extreme version). Load temps only get to about 50C with an S-Flex at 600RPM, or 60C fanless. Since the fan doesn't add any appreciable amount of noise to the system, I kept it on for peace of mind's sake. I was getting 58C load (Orthos, small FFT, after 1+hour) at 3.2G...

Note: you will not need ram rated higher than pc2-5300 ddr2-667mhz for your overclock. Derek i read that its better to use the 533mhz ram with C2D (as opposed to 667mhz) cause it is the same core frequency as the bus speed of the cpu . although maybe that only applies to running it a stock speed (n...

E6420 or E6600

since the intel E6420 has the same amount of cache as the E6600, is it worth the performance difference to buy the E6600? the p180 just seems like it comes with too many parts/pieces most of which are made from sheet-metal and all this constitutes to a higher chance of vibration with any of these parts

the SOLO/p150 is very basic and to the point. this is why i will be buying it (any day now ;)
