It depends on what your PC is doing.

If its sitting at the windows desktop idle and the CPU is 65c then id say thats "too hot"

On the other hand if your in the 3rd hour of a 4hour CPU / gpu stress test and the temp is 65c then id say thats ok.

I had one of those cases for a pre-built system. Unfortunately the door broke in shipment (twice!), and the oddball PSU mounting bracket was always bending. So both my brothers got a free case & I got the one in my sig.

I think you can also use your existing windows XP CD to delete the partitions. run through the beginning of install procecess until you get to the point of telling it where windows will be installed. then pick the option(s) to delete your existing partitions. Once your at the "next" button or such.....
