Vega requires way too much power to be used in the majority of high-end builds. It can be undervolted, but even when its not undervolted, the GTX 1070 gives it a run for its money, if not the GTX 1080.

Typically, processors of the same series have very similar wattage requirements. Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 all require ~65w. Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 require ~90w.
