in the professional printing word, large printers only buy paper rated at certain, measured moisture content, so they can optimize their printing runs for maximum speed/ quality. they will return truck loads of paper that is not within their specified moisture specs.

I will admit, I have not. but with a lowly gtx750 and i3 running on a 500 watt sfx-l silverstone, the PSU (removed from case) is dumping out 28.5c in a 22.7 room.

if you are worried about back of mobo placement. m.2 extension cables are $20-40

under load you are using mostly hot air from the psu to cool the CPU.

simple fix would be to reverse fan direction.

I doubt any 250 watt passive PSU would have enough actual 12v amperage to run any oc's gtx 9xxti (unicorns!).

Why do so many people want a fanless PSU, only to have it run a difficult too cool CPU and screaming GPU??!?!

is it possible? yes.
but is it practical? that depends on what your goal is.

how is the time sync for multi room use for whole home audio? sonos has been the only one to get this right, so far.

dont know about your psu.... but a pico could power a dozen or more HDD's without an issue.
