Yes, this completely changes my plans for a AMD HTPC. But what motherboard to get for these CPUs? I can't seem to find any m-ATX motherboards with the P35 chipset. There are some with the G35, but none with the newer P35 or X38. The G35 is more or less a P35 with onboard GPU. I don't where you got ...

Okay, thanks, so nothing to worry about in terms of excessive heat?? I hope they overbuilt the fan, so I won't have any problems with the lower rated one. :)

When there is an affordable harddrive, faster than my current Raptor, I'm going to switch to that HDD as my primary harddrive, and then have a 2nd drive like one of the the WD Green Power 5400 rpm harddrives for storage of movies, mp3 and so on that doesn't require a fast HDD. Fan mod on NorthQ NQ4775-400 Ultra Silent PSU

I have said PSU (NorthQ NQ4775-400 Ultra Silent PSU) in my case .. I want to see if I can silence it a little more - it's already ok quiet, but it's the loudest part of my setup, except for my Raptor HDD (which will go in a Scythe Quiet Drive soon). Anyways; this PSU has a Yate Loon 140 mm Fan in it...
