I've had by 3000-B for 2 weeks now and I love it! I had a 3700BQE for my old rig (Newcastle 3200+ S754) but I just bought a venice 3200+ (S939). I love the hard drive mounting so much more because it's removable. I have the HD mounted in one of the 5.25" bays via those compusa (nexus) 5.25" converte...

Looks good! I was about to watercool my S754 inside a 3700BQE, (I got tricked into SilenX too, lol) Well now I just purchase a 3200+ Venice with a DFI and a 3000B, i will be watercooling it shortly. I can't wait to see how this looks up front, I was thinking I would mount it on the top and leave the...

The MT-34 should be here either 4/20 or 4/21. The first thing I intend to do is see how far it will undervolt at default clock speed. Then I'll try max clock at default voltage (1.2v), max clock at default desktop voltage (either 1.35v or 1.4v), and then max clock at any voltage. For cooling I will...

Re: New Antec cases starting to appear
D and H distributing, my primary distributor is now showing several of the new Antec cases in stock or in route. They are: CS400, CS600, TX635, TX640, Titan550, TX1050B w/500watt, TX1088 w/480watt. No mention of the P180 or Sonata. The CS400&600 are in stock and the description seems to make them a...

What should I go with?
Okay, in the next week or so I will be building a custom case for my computer out of MDF. I was planning on using the Mountain Mods removeable motherboard tray (http://www.mountainmods.com/cgi-bin/product.pl?item=120MOTRAY) and their prefabbed drive bays (http://www.mountainmods.com/cgi-bin/product....

My CNPS 7700 is a real pain too. Whenever I undervolt it (PWM or direct), it makes an awful buzzing noise. But it is definately not quiet when running at 12V. I'd replace the fan if mine wasn't vertically mounted :( what does vertically mounted have to do w/ it? Mine is vertically mounted in my BQE...

There are specs in the CNPS7700 review on the main site. yea lol i saw that right after i made that post. I narrowed it to the Globe, the Evercool (the uberness of the aluminum would be sweet), and some Sunon fan According to SPCR The Zalman pushes 32CFM @12v @38dBA and 12CFM @5v @22dBA The Globe p...

Which fan to replace CNPS7700?
Well I am trying to quiet down my pc, I already had the BQE3700, the Samsung drive. Then I ordered 2 SilenX 120mm fans (should have researched more) and a CNPS7700. I was benchmarking w/ the side off and my 4 year old sister jammed an action figure in my CNPS7700, breaking 1 of the fins (i know, wha...
