Couple of thoughts about your list:
- Change the MB to H55 series and you can forget the extra GPU (and extra heat it produces) and use onboard graphics of the i7.
- Change your case fan to SPCR recommended 12cm

My suggestion: H55 micro ATX with i3 530 and its onboard graphics. Very low heat generation, very small system and easy to cool.
