I assume you mean the AHCI and JMB BIOSes. Which make it triple (main BIOS, AHCI, JMB). I don't see how it's annoying; it takes all of ten seconds.

You might want to try turning the PSU over. It might make cable routing behind the board easier (run any cables which clutter up when run across the front of the PSU over the top if they're long enough), and, although I'm no expert, I'd think the air at the bottom would be cooler (though I doubt sig...
