Yes, xp-120 will fit on a8n32. You cannot put mem in dimm1 (near to cpu socket). One other thing - do you know if "normal" height mem modules will fit under the XP120???? When you install the XP-120, it blocks DIMM # 1. The heatpipes almsot make contact with the module in Dimm #2. So as along as yo...

installing a zalman yourself is quite easy if you don't have fat fingers. evga 7800gt boards maintain lifetime warranty if you use another cooler if you keep the original one and there is no board damage. Thanks, but just too bad that eVGA is not avaible here in Scandinavia :( I really consider get...

Thank you - but are u sure that this is the same cooler that comes pre-mounted on the Asus ???
I am also curious about how much the Asus being pre-overclocked affect the minimum noise levels

Thermaltake XP-120 vs. XP-90c
On the this site, the XP-120 gets an 8, while the smaller Xp-90 got a 7+. Now I wonder if the all-copper of the XP-90c will make up for the smaller surface area of the XP-90 compared to the XP-120 and give equal or pherhaps even better performance.... I have heard some claims of it being possible to...

Antec P180 vs. "no-name" modded case
After reading the P180 review, I have become really interested in getting one. But I am actually very happy with my "no-name" (I think the brand was "yeng yang" or something ) that has been fitted with Noise Control Magic Fleece absorption materials, 4 mile long URL edited for space by moderator I h...

Asus Extreme N7800GTX TOP/2DHTV - how quiet is it really??
In the hothardware.com review they - as many others (reviewing something based on the Arctic Cooling), praised it for being quiet - but just how quiet is it - is Silentpcewiew.com quiet? (any plans for a review???) I am curious to know that if I get a Seasonic S12-430 or 550 - would I be able to hea...

Yes, xp-120 will fit on a8n32. You cannot put mem in dimm1 (near to cpu socket). Hey! Thanks for replying. Will Xp-120 fit on the ASUS A8n32 SLI??
On the Thermalright website it says that it "will" fit. But also that it will come in contact with some parts: "*****The overhanging fins from the XP-120 will slightly come in contact with motherboard’s chipset & North Bridge heatsink near the I/O ports. This will not affect performance of both heat...

Nexus 80mm - Still the sub 20dB fan to get???
I currently have 2 x Papst 80mm 12dB fans in my case, but to be honest - they sure at not as quiet as they are supposed to be. I have had them for about 2 years now and for the last 6 months they seem to have gotten louder. I have tried to clean them again, but no change really. So I wonder if the b...

If you re-read the 430 review, it was not much quieter than the 500/600W versions (1dB less I believe). Also, the 430 is an updated design of the Super Tornado I believe, and the 500/600W versions are based on an entirely different circuit design as they integrated the PCI-E power cords. I did read...

as I am moving to a passive cooled Nforce 4 mainboard this xmas, I am also on the lookout for a very quiet 7800 series based board. Seasonic Tornado Rev.A2 - 1800rpm after 3 minuttes....

Seasonic Tornado Rev.A2 - still a guy buy?
Dear all,
I am considering both a Nexus 4090 and a Seasonic Tornado.
I have seen a pro review of the Nexus and have always been reluctent to buy early batches of a new product where they might not have ironed the bugs out.
So, will a Tornado still be a good choice, despite it being a Rev A2??
