lite-on drives highly recommended by me.. i got a benq dw1650 because of the glowing reviews on cdfreaks and cdrinfo etc.. but i felt it never was quite as good as my old liteys there is a huge community of hacks and tweaks for the firmwares. however, the drives are very loud
