I'd recommend to try one of the Noiseblockers. But all 80mm fan will move next to nothing if undervolted. YMMV.

Fan noise of the 6670 in your link will be noticeable.

Do you use all front HDD cages or just the bottom one? Have you removed the other HDD cage?

Judging from the pictures on the homepage it looks pretty restricted on the intake. R4 has a bottom intake and uses the whole length of the front for side vents.
