Pretty happy with my ATC-110. Lots of room and easy to work with. Unfortunately, there is no room to put anything with knobs behind the door. Hopefully, the new Coolermaster Aerogates will fit. Those wider areas of the case prevent it from being pushed back more than a couple millimeters.... I had ...

Yes, that noismaker didn't last long on my GA-8PE800 Pro. I put on the older Zalman, and it fit perfectly. Like rpc180 said, the newer model is adjustable, so will fit also. I had one, but I just like black better than gold. Further to rpc180's post, the Intel heatsink is bigger than the Zalman, or ...

Intel 440BX and a PIII 700. Boy, those were the days. My old, and since dismembered, Micron came with a passive heat sink on it's 733. It wasn't that big, but seemed to perform okay. Of course I replaced it with a Tennmax P3STF, which was quite good for the time. 2x50mm extremely noisy fans, and I a...

Boy I wish Panaflo did an 80mm L1BX If you can't use the L1A's because you need speed sensing, Vantec Stealths are an option. Also - if you are getting the Panaflo M's you may as well get the M1BX, as it has speed sensing. I have just never managed to get a real nice sound out of them. They are nice...

The curve is pretty flat for the P4, probably because of the heat spreader. I went down about two to three degrees C at low load when I went from the Intel to the 894...

If they are labeled, the labels will all point in the same direction (usually down when your mobo is mounted in an ATX case).

So if you get one right, the rest should follow.

Old issue. They are designed that way for a very stupid and arcane reason. Look at an old motherboard with "shared" slots, were there is an ISA slot below and a PCI slot above, but regardless of which one you use, the card will still poke out the same hole in the backpanel. Example: http://www.tyan....

If I was to try another, it would be the quiet Delta they have at Directron.

My PC Power & Cooling PSU (originally a Silencer 400) has been running 24/7 for a couple of weeks with a L1A at about 6 volts. No problems or instability - rails still push out the same volts as they did before.

The better the PSU, and the less the load, the lower the CFM you need.
