If you want to go super budget you might be able to just rig something up ghetto-style. Have you go pictures of your case? Perhaps replacing the fans is all you need.

I'm also curious about the photograph. Is the graphics card reversed? The block is on top of it. So either it is a special model, or the PCIe slot is near the case wall.

I think the better mounting mechanisms use silicon pads screwed onto the side of the drive.

If you use larger, thicker pads and corresponding indentations in your hold-rails that should be pretty secure and keep vibrations at bay. Also, make your drive cage as stable as possible.

Not sure why you would do this to a MSI 960GTX though. It's passive in idle and I don't notice it under load either - it's so easily drowned out by case fans. But your personal mileage may differ.
