I used to run a E6600, 8800GTS, a pair of Raptors and an optical drive on a Tagan sub 400W (I think it was a 380, but I can't quite remember) and it was all good. I only swapped the Tagan for a 520W Corsair because I needed the Tagan for something else.

If you aren't going to game on it then you could get a less powerful card like an Nvidia 8400 with much lower cooling requirements. There are plenty of passive 8400s

Or the next card down the line from the card you asked about looks like it will fit, the Gigabyte 2600Pro cooler is much smaller.

It may depend on your board, but from what I remember from my Aria (which is in bits in the attic), the PSU is more likely to overhang the cpu fan, hence the strange shape of the PSU.

I think 65-70mm is about as tall as will fit.

Rule of thumb for the fusion.... if the heatsink is higher than the retaining bracket for the card it won't fit.

Its not precise, but it helps you rule out cards like that at a glance.

Asus P5N32SLI-E, E6600 o/c to 350MHz FSB, 8800GTS o/c, 4x512Mb, 2x 72Gb Raptors and a DVD-RW with three tri-cool fans and a Noctua fan.

Whilst it isn't the best cooler, nor the most quiet, for a good balance of performance, noise, price and ease of fitment, the Arctic Freezer Pro 7 is a decent HSF. There are better alternatives, but it will just snap in place, do a decent job, much quieter than the stock HSF.
