I'll second either the MCP350 or MCP655 vario. The 655 is physically larger so may cause some problems with placement, but allows changing the speed without requiring a beefy fan controller.

Whichever one you get I'd suggest an after market top, both for performance and noise reasons.

Yeah I have a lot, I basically filled a 2nd case just with radiators. They do have fans on them, but they run pretty slow. And it keeps my highly overclocked computer nice and cool even on the hot days!

Given you could buy 6 Yate Loons for the same price, and they do work fine for a while horizontally.... I've had them mounted horizontally for 18 months or so, but even if you expect them to only last 12 months..... you've just got 6 for the price of one noise blocker.
