Well, my Seasonic X-750 is not making any noise with EVGA P55, neither with now sold Gigabyte P55-UD5. When i had HX620, i had some similar noise, but i was able to hear it only when my ear was directly at PSU mesh. So probably Seasonic X is a solution - but it is a expensive one .
