Considering the number of problems and incompatibilities with antec neohe psus they should just get rid of the neohe lineup and introduce the same "fixed/revised" psu with another name making it easier for the consumer to distinguish between the revised units and the older problematic ones. Somethin...

Well I saw a review (look somewhere on CDRinfo.com for VF700 led) which compared the Vf700 to the Arctic cooling alternative and it turned out that the Arctic cooling is supposed to be quieter and more efficient in cooling the graphics card when using Riva Tuner to throttle the fan. It turned out th...

If I can make sure somehow (before I buy a product) that it is guaranteed to work, especially considering that the neohe is one hell of a product (when it works) I would buy it in an instance. The tricky part however is for antec to regain my trust and the trust of many other consumers who have been...

Are you planning to put 2 fans ON the heatsink or have 1 fan mounted on the heatsink and 1 fan as an exhaust which is mounted on the back panel of the case? I have a p180 which i'll be using for a push pull config with air going out the back exhaust tricool and most likely have the top vent closed. ...

The only problem is that I don't want to open up my system and keep having to change from 12v to 5v. I'd hook up the vf700 to my fan controller but it only has 4 channels which will most likely be used for the 4 fans in my case besides the psu and vf700 fan. How loud is the vf700 fan at 12v btw? Safe to run VF700-CU @ 5v if not overclocking?

Planning on getting a 7800 gt and vf700-cu, should it be okay during high loads?

I have a fan controller so I put the tricools on the medium setting and plug the fans into the fan controller and only give like 9v. It seems pretty quiet to me. You might want to try just getting some better fans like the nexus. I can't afford $60 for 3 nexuses so I'm stuck with just using this met...

Antec SP-500 in sli/crossfire?

Is it possible to run a smartpower 2.0 antec sp-500 in sli/crossfire using 2 power hungry video cards (eg 7800 gtx 512mb). Obviously, I can't afford an sli setup right now nor need one as a 7800 gt is sufficient for my gaming needs, but this is looking towards the future.

There's no problem with running your ram at 500 mhz (500mhz DDR, 250 single) except that there's no performance benefit from running it at 250* as opposed to 200 (400mhz ddr). You have to have a really powerful processor to allow the processor to take up the bandwidth of 250 memory. Example: DDR400 ...

If you aren't going to overclock there's some similar G.SKill ram for the same price that has 2-3-3-5 low timings. This will give a benefit as lower timings are more important than memory speed.

No problem. With regard to the DFi it's an awesome o/cing board. Now that you've bought it anyway, I suggest getting one of the zalman heatsinks for the northbridge and bending them up.
