Scythe is supposed to come out with a monster heatsink called the Zipang somewhere around early 2008. It looks pretty promising. It's supposed to use a 140mm fan which should be quite nice for silencers. Although the heatpipe configuration looks like it would create quite a bit of airflow resistance...
