If there is a weakness in the solder joints - Yes it can . If the board is properly made it should not . I run an XP90c on my A64 and have had no such issues , but I have seen it on a Shuttle SN45g when the cooler (proprietry heatpipe cooler calledan ICE ) was clamped down tight the machine would no...

Antec Sonata (original) case , Thermalright XP90-C with NMB-Mat low speed fan on a Zalman Fanmate at just above the lowest setting . It has a couple of 7800 GTs in there so Sile...

On a Radeon 9800 XT in a Thermally challenged Sonata case - It cools the card impeccably down to about 7v (does not make much difference dropping from 12 - 7v ) at 5v (fanmate minimum) it cools ok for a while but if I loop 3D mark 03 demo it starts to artifact (sparkly dots on the Rhino and elephant...

I have an old (2001) Philips Brilliance 202P4 no noise at all , although it is becoming brighter and brighter as time progresses - showing age I guess but it runs at 1600 x1200 at 85 hz for 12 hrs per day I would buy the same again , but it is no longer made. so I have been looking at LCD monitors ....

When are these supposed to ship ? or are they just something that Zalman has tossed into the wild to check for response ? I have a pair of 7800gtx cards in desperate need of something like that ! I did the Dual 7800gt thing - The increase in most games over single card is more like 10 - 15 % , The two together perform about the same as a 7800GTX (heat is about the same too) but cost more . I went the way I did because I bought 1 card one payday and the other the next . In benc tests the 2 x ...

Have you bought your mobo yet ? If not think VERY carefully before you buy an SLI board as to whether you want - or need an SLI setup . If you don't need SLI buy a non-SLI board . SLI setups are prone to issues with compatabily with PSUs the non-SLI NF4-ultra chipset mobos do not seem to be as fussy...
