The MSI Twin Frozr (or SuperPipe cooler) is LOUD! as in vacuum cleaner loud.
All aftermarket coolers for 260-285 GTX do a terrible job at colling the VRMs.
If money is not the issue I'd say go for the Accelero, but you might have to replace the card sooner rather than later when the VRMs give in.

XFX GeForce 7950 GT 512MB DDR3 HDCP (PCIe) It's near the bottom of the list.
