Can I connect the L1A internally in the PSU? Looking at the photos here: http://www.cloudworld.net/diary/index.php?cont=hang&date=2004-06-06 , it seems that the stock fan has three pins (as there are three wires). So, does this mean that the fan is temperature controlled? And if so, can't the Panaf...

no no no, the 7200.7 sata 120GB in my BQE is not noisy, but it's slower than my WD800JB, and actually WD800JB is almost as quiet once installed in the BQE. i'm thinking dump the 7200.7 now, and get another 800JB to form a raid0

Panaflo L1A over existing SLK-700 or a new SLK-900A?

the TMD on SLK-700 is loud

i'm planning to replace it with a L1A

SLK-700 can take the fan when it's turned 45 degress, like SPCR did with SLK-600

i'd like to know if it's no worse than installing the L1A on a new SLK-900A

thanks

thanks Neil the Zalman definitely sounds quieter, i'll just wait the card to give it try before rushing to sell the Antec. about PSU noise under load, i recently sold an Enermax EG365P-VE to a guy, who complained about a high-pitch hissing sound "because of micro-vibration of transformer or capacito...
