Might reconsider Hard disk, also 90 vs 130 nm
I recently got a 120 GB Seagate 7200.7 drive. X I would not recomend it for a quiet system. Its most annoying habit is a tendancy to periodically do some fairly noisy procedure, even if nothing is accessing the drive. Not sure which is louder most of the time - my Maxtors vs this Seagate.
