THG has one with the basic cpu info.. socket, cache, speed, voltage etc.. with pretty much every desktop CPU for the last 10 years.. i think its on their last page of the CPU comparison they did between a pentium 100, to a 3ghz P4 EE, and everything in-between.

why do you want an integrated graphics and then replace it with a low end graphics card for non gaming purposes? i agree.. i'm not sure weather your suggesting getting a dedicated solution (w no integrated gfx), or an IGP..
