Go here put in your data or at least has close to your data as you can get and see how much power you will need. The fact you have 6 hard drives and 9 fans listed I am guessing your poor PSU is crying for help.

Ok after searching the web that video card is very impressive. In Silent Mode its only 18dB, and here I figured I wasn't going to be quiter than ~35 dB.

Thanks for the advice; I figured since I was forced to get a new video card I would get one that didn't squeal. From the pick though I may have an issue with the very large cooling unit on it is there any thing else out there worth getting that doesn't take up the slot next to it?
