What case?
If in a 180 I would say the 2 80s.
If in a more conventional case where the PSU is on the top back of the case then the 120 would make more since.

The fanmate will lower the range of the voltage so instead of the motherboard controlling it from say 12v to 8v you will end up with 9v to 5v.

I have a Thermalright XP-90 with a low speed panaflo fan.
Have a FX-53 and seen a max temp in the low 50s while running prime 95.

I am not sure what you intend to use your computer for but the 5200 video card is about as bad as they come. The low is more than enough for my FX-53 highest I have seen is in the low 50s running Prime95
And may I suggest Jab-tech for your XP-90 after all they carry the Panaflo Low Speed with RPM sensing.)

With the 6800GT it will be a wash since it was first designed for the AGP slot not the PCI-E.
