Yep, non flammable, but none of the components are really in direkt contact with the foam except for the drives.

Cable management looks bad but the case looks really hard to build tidy in. I really like small file-servers though and the case is really pretty on the outside.

If you are really sensitive with acoustics, go with P183, you can cover up upper vent more easily and it's spacier.

An easy way to make sure you have the right tension is to strap the elastic to a HDD-screw with a cable tie and then do the same to the case, you can use no tension at all and still have a perfectly secure mounting. Did this myself with a couple of hairbands and a Seagate LP .

If they updated the NSK3480 with cable management, hole for CPU in tray and no included PSU, I would be the first one to buy it. That would be an awesome case.

Just put a piece of bitumen over. Add some foam if you want. If you don't need the additional cooling then you are fine.
