http://www.imashape.com/win-7509.htm seems very similar to http://www.acryan.com/_xtor/ACR-HD3206.shtml So does their other products. Either, image & shapetech is the same products as AC Ryan, or they have pretty good copies ;-) Difference is a factor of about 3 here in norway! (www.microplex.no and...

Not sure if this answers all your questions, but some things I can tell you: You cannot monitor the cpu thermistor with the mCubed T-Balancer (or directly with any controller for that matter AFAIK). This would have to be done through running software (Windows or otherwise) that feeds temp info to t...

Ahh. The never ending quest for the "perfect" I just read the preview of the mCube thing. Looked perfect. My (sort of general) question is : does this work? I have tweaked my system with silent fans and ps. The last step is probably automatic fan control. One could probably formulate this as a diffe...

passive cooling + peltier?
It would seem that transport of heat from the cpu to fins is a major limiting factor, even when using heatpipes, meaning that the cpu may fry/shut off even when the fins are not overly hot? What about using a peltier element between cpu and heatpipes to "convert the energy" to higher temperatures an...
