Anyone Folding With One Of These

I want one bad. I always wanted a dually and here is another option. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103544 If anyone has, or has heard of someone folding with one of these, see if you can find out what their PPD and PPW are. I noticed that the voltage is 1.35-1.4 unlike the ...

Who's Been Folding The Longest

I can look at the # of WU's completed compared to the points and get a pretty good indication of how long you have been folding. Back when a tinker was only worth 71 points  it was a tough way to score points. I started ~ Oct. 28 2003 , there are a lot of people ahead of me that have been ther...

Things do get kind of silent around here. Not to long ago it was really "happening", macOSX was giving us a run for the money. They got some major press and have left us in the dust ever since. We are not going to be able to double our productivity in time to fend off CustomPC but we should be able ...

That is a kick azz setup either way. I am an AMD fan. Here are some pros and cons from someone who is no expert. AMDs are running cooler than the Pentiums these days, which translates into quieter. AMD is outperforming Intel lately too in most benchmarks, always in the bang for your buck catagory. I...

There are quite a few great distributed folding projects now. I believe that the common problem that they all share is......not enough cpu's. This IMHO is because of limited publicity and even more limited results. If one distributed computing project came up with a breakthrough it would create a fl...

Anyhow I have an incomplete WU on this and want to finish it. I can stick it (HD) in an external that I have and acce...
