You can cool that system easily by air. Water IS for enthousiast systems (with high TDP cpu's motherboards and gpu's) your system isnt that power hungry

I think they dont differ a lot. Just size and that the mini is more cramped and it has a 200mm top fan which generates a ginormous underpressure.

That cosmos is HUGE. But i didnt expect it is can be quiet. Because of the huge space. I thougt it would be harder to cool because there is much space between components.
