Yes! The Bourne trilogy also has this real and gritty quality. It is sort of a Bond movie (not counting the last two), but then more realistic. Even if, when you think about it, Bourne may be even more lucky than 007, it does without all the gadgets and humour which makes Bond a cartoon, instead of ...

I'm not knocking some of the cliches here, but after all... Movies are about stories (action packed or not), and most of all they need to be entertaining. Most typical block-busters are just that, entertaining, some of them are a pastime at best and some are a waste of time. This can go for books as...

Just a thought...

Slipstream amperage suggests its motor is much stronger than the Gentle Typhoon, therefor it's easier for the SS to overcome any backpressure from obstacles in the airflow, and hold its target RPM better than the GT.

Bit-Tech: How to build a folding "rig"

Lately, other sites have given exposure to folding. Now, Bit-Tech releases an article on how to build the best folding "rig" . Seems extensive, considering motherboard, CPU, case, PSU, OS and ofcourse GPU's. Also some pointers (preferred brand, mixing different cards) when using multiple GPU's for f...

Hi, I suggest that you folks (re)read all the old SPCR articles, and comb them for clues... Found a clue (not sure if it was just a figure of speech...): In the article about the anechoic chamber: I'd fantasized about building one like an underground bomb shelter beneath the garage and back yard, b...

I didn't have any problems like Shamgar noticed.

Aluminium for case material because it better conducts heat is really not an issue. People have built cases with materials like aluminium, steel, stone, and wood. The temperatures won't differ much from one another if the airflow through the case is "enough" (enough being max 600 RPM). A case is jus...

Install new drivers for motherboard but keep the hard disks?

My Asus M2N32 motherboard died after 2 years. I'm still looking for a replacement, but I have 1 question: In order to make the new motherboard work, the drivers need to be installed on my current hard disk. From past experience: * Installing new drivers on an old motherboard (to prepare an upgrade) ...

Audio, much more than any other media it seems, is of personal taste. As long as people still have to hear a piece of hardware in order to say if it's any good - as opposed to just looking at the specs - and as long as reviews will only be able to point in a certain direction, it will stay personal ...

They are orbiting one another. The fact that the orbit of the sun lies within its outer shell (due to its mass) tends to hide this.
