mine shipped already :) dam that worries me a little before i order a PSU from newegg on the same day and i got it today, but i think i'll get the fans tomorrow because it's priority shipping. Now i just have to wait for SVC to ship my accessories, SVC is the slowest one so far.

i didn't know how to use it at first, now it's really easy, just make a 1st cut and then grind along the cut, very easy, i just practised on my case lol. it's pretty quick too, the dremel is very good on small places, the other tools we'll have to get a big hole before you can start cutting. it's 5K to 30K, not just 2 speed, i got 6 speed dials on the thing, so it's ok. what's the typical metal cutting speed? and also what do i used after cutting to blur out the edges? i used the sand drum but that didn't worked too well lol. thanks for helping out the newb.

k, i'll try that, if that doesn't work i have a brand new cooler master xdream II that i just bought, that thing is under 24db according to the spec, so it should be fine.

do you know a place that sale the side of the case for cheap? i wanna practice my rotary tool on that thing instead of my freaking overpriced case lol. the metal on my case is about 1/16" thick, i don't know if that's too thick or too thin compare to other cases.

does any one know a good cutting blade for case? i can't seems to cut my case, i use a shiny steal like blade but it didn't work (i kindda messed it up because i was using on the wrong side in the beggining). my thing is cheap, but it should work, now i just need a good blade.

that's what i found, the width is 5", the 120mm fans is 4.75" lol that's too close, it won't fit, unless i cut it then tape it up,

that was wat i'm thinking, but because it's far away and not next to the heatsink, the air will be spread out and not as concentrated, but i'm sure it'll cover the whole heatsink. and i'm also trying to make a duct, i hope it worked, here's a link to someone else who tried it, care to check it out? ...

http://www.frozencpu.com/duc-16.html i think that one might be real easy to make, i just don't know what kinda material they uses? does it look like foil paper? it's a bit too soft to be foil paper, any ideas on this subject?, and also they had 2 fans on the duct, would it still work with only 1 fan...

can you use the zalman fan with another heatsink?

my TMD fan on the aero flow heatsink die, so i'm replacing it with a yale loon 120mm fan mounted using the zalman bracket, would this be enough to cool my 1.8 ghz duron? the fan will be about 2 inches away from the heatsink.
