I've heard that the samsung drives are best for quiet PCs, but I don't have any hands on experience with them.

I know, why don't you buy one of each and then fill us in on which is best.

I bought 3 of em for my new case, and 2 of them have clicking bearings. I'm not impressed, and I'd recommend just getting good fans and undervolting them to the same speed.

I have no personal experience with via processors, but I have heard of people running them passively. I've even heard of people recommending zalmon, swiftech or thermalright northbridge coolers for them.

I rarely say this about a Thermaltake product, but that thing seems to have some merit, at least from the reviews I've read. My concern is, if I put one in my Cooler Master Wave Master, would I be able to put the left side panel on. The wave master is not a very deep case, and the sonic tower looks ...
