This might be a longshot but when I was in Stockholm recently there was a shop (it looked like a chain) when you go in and then have about 20 computers that allow you to access their online cataglogue. They then pick out the stuff from the back or send it to you. Can't remember the name unfrtounate...

With C&Q and Q-fan enabled in my 3700AMB the zalman 7000alcu doesn't run at all unless I'm doing extended gaming.
And with the case fan at 5V the PSU is clearly the loudest component.
