if you decide to upgrade the HD, I suggest you look into the 1TB WD10EVCS or the EVVCS. The EVCS is being discontinued, but the EVVCS is its natural replacement, less cache, butthat doesn't matter for the TIVO. very silent drive. Sycthe's naming schemes are getting more and more confusing. I actually just ordered 2x 120mm Kama-FLEX fans last night. (1000RPM) So...if we go by the naming logic....its a hyrbid of the Kama-Flow and S-FLEX. :shock: I have tired the S-Flex and the SlipStreams. I'll post back on subjective results....
