the northbridge on the dfi is in a really awkward place so it is hard to get a cooler to fit, even on the expert it is placed badly

it should be able to cool the x2 4400 the problem is fitting it, why not suspend a fan infront of the 9500.


i have an x2 [email protected] on stock volts with an 9500 and i connected it to my dfi mobo, the fan doesnt even come on all the time because it doesnt get hot enough

has anyone tried these drives, i have a maxtor dm10 300gb and the idle noise is just above what my samsung p80 nidec used to be although seeks are bit louder.

so i was wondering how the 400-500gb maxtor dm11's are

Bad idea to use thermal adhesive. If you use that you will never be able to get the sink off.

i have a spare 6000 alcu sitting around could even try that wen i get the glue stuff
